Terms of service

By creating an account or using XenoComp Events, you agree to these terms. XenoComp provides the service.

Your account

Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account. The person who sets up an organization confirms they are allowed to do so for that company.

Your organization's content

Organizations own what they add, including people's details, events and photos. You confirm you may share that content, and you give XenoComp permission to store and display it only to run the service.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service for anything unlawful, or to send unwanted email.
• Do not try to reach another organization's data or disrupt the service.
• Do not upload anything you do not have the right to share.

Raffles, contests and prizes

Each organization runs its own raffles and contests, and is responsible for their rules, its prizes and following any laws that apply to them. XenoComp is not a sponsor of any raffle or contest and does not award prizes.

Plans

The Free plan has the limits shown when you sign up. Limits and plans may change. If paid plans are offered, their prices and terms will be shown before you agree to them.

Availability

The service is provided as is, without a promise that it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, XenoComp is not liable for indirect losses, or for losses from using the service.

Ending your use

You can stop using the service at any time. XenoComp may disable an account or organization that breaks these terms.
